My background spans advanced manufacturing, aerospace and defense supply chains, and public service, including serving as a mayor and leading statewide efforts to support manufacturers. As a U.S. Army veteran, I learned early the value of disciplined, mission-focused leadership built on trust, accountability, and care for the team.
